Pet Portraits Are Unique

Your pet is not just an animal - it is a friend, a companion, a family member. Like anybody close to you, you may want a likeness to show the world how much your pet means to you. No mere photograph will do because the picture has to show the unique personality of your pet. Nothing captures the soul of a pet (or a person) better than a portrait. Whether a more informal pencil drawing, a watercolor rendering, or a finished oil portrait, a picture from the hand of an artist will say just how much your pet means to you.

David Thrasher can produce portraits of your pets in several mediums: pencil, charcoal, watercolors or oils. Each portrait will be a carefully considered composition that will project the personality of your pet. The setting can be natural or a fantasy (such as portraying your cat as the Sphinx). You can have other pets or yourself in the picture too (maximum of 3 per picture).
